1. Processing Time All knives are handmade to order. Processing time is 3–7 business days before shipment.
2. Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide from the USA. 🇺🇸
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- USA (Domestic): 3–7 business days
- Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days
- Europe & UK: 10–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
4. Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package size.
5. Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
6. Import Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices.
7. Knife Import Laws It is your responsibility to verify that importing a knife is legal in your country. True American Blades is not liable for packages seized by customs.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
