Only premium high-carbon and tool steel is selected — D2, carbon steel, and Damascus billets with 256+ layers.
Forge & Shape
Each blade is hand-forged at extreme heat, shaped by hammer and anvil into its final profile and geometry.
Heat Treatment
Precise heat treatment hardens the steel for maximum edge retention while maintaining flexibility to resist breaking.
Grind & Polish
The blade is hand-ground to a razor edge and polished to reveal the stunning Damascus pattern or mirror finish.
Handle Fitting
Premium handles — stag antler, walnut, hardwood, or stacked leather — are fitted and secured with brass pins.
